Independent curator, working with visual urban culture. My interests are focused on street art and graffiti. In my projects, I define street art as a fact of the new urban mythology being created today and propose to consider street art through the prism of the “mythological consciousness” inherent in our ancestors. My interests include both modern urban mythology and its ancient manifestations. To explain the motives and classify the actions of contemporary street artists, I use my own method based on the analysis of known existing cults and religious systems. By connecting past and present, I identify cultural patterns and create new ways to promote street art and present it in institutional spaces.
